Field Work is open

Field Work no.2 is now open for business. The opening night was a huge success and thank you to everyone that came down for it. The shop will be coming down at 6pm this Sunday so make sure you come and take a look at all the treats on offer before then. You can read a glowing review of the shop here in Amelia's Magazine. We will put some images up of the shop a.s.a.p.

Field Work featuring... Elementary Design

Field Work will be stocking these rather nice screwdriver sets by Elementary Design. These unique screwdrivers are made in their small London workshop and are copies of two originals made by a cabinet maker who was unable to find a set of modern tipped screwdrivers that met his requirements for quality, comfort and simplicity. You can read more about them here.

Nearly Here!

Only about a week to go and counting to Field Work and Weird Folk! We have listed a few of the people who will be taking part below, with a little bit about them. There will be others, and of course plenty from us- Caitlin Hinshelwood and Rose de Borman.

In case you don't know..
We are both textile designers by training (Brighton University). We both work independently as freelance designers, (..illustrators, painters and everything in between.) However we frequently sell our textile homeware products and portfolio designs side by side, as Hinshelwood de Borman. We have been working hard and have lots of new things to showcase in the shop!
